BACCHAE

Working with Flying Pig Theatre, we developed and implemented an innovative new sound technology into this adaptation of Euripides' classic tragedy. Find out more.

MARAT SADE

Marcus Knight-Adams' directorial debut shocked and delighted audiences with its blend of physical theatre, live music, chorus clowning and theatre of cruelty. Find out more about this lettuce-decimating production by clicking the link.

TENDER NAPALM

Exactly one year since our debut production of Mercury Fur, Barricade Arts' second Philip Ridley production was directed by Catriona Bolt at the Michael Pilch Studio in February, starring Hannah Marsters and James Walsh. Utilising a minimalist set design, the production focused on Ridley's 'new lexicon of desire'.

ILLUMINATED

Barricade Arts collaborated with dance company Quicksandance on this dance show themed on light, creating an original soundtrack engineered for an immersive 3D audio surround experience. The original tracks, by Jonny Danciger and Vaunce, are available on Spotify, iTunes, Google and Amazon. For more information and links to the music, click the link below.

A CLOCKWORK ORANGE

Our first touring production visited the OSO in London and the Keble O'Reilly in Oxford. Find out more about this daring adaptation of Burgess' classic novel.

MERCURY FUR
